Fly Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee reflects mosaics that Ann has created over the past 12 months. Tiles and china are a strong feature of her mosaics.
Ann has been mosaicking for 18 years or so and still loves the art. “I especially enjoy ‘upcycling’ second-hand finds such as microwave trays, pots, vases, coffee tables, etc.”
Ann recently tutored the ‘Art of Mosaics’ at MAMA (Murray Art Museum Albury) during 2017 and again in Term 1 of 2018, enjoying another opportunity to pass on her enthusiasm and experience in this wonderful art form.
